Modular asset textures
Modular walls for the medical and experimentation labs, floor for these abs will likely be a BSP brush in UDK with a tiling texture and same for the roof though its not going to flat like the floor. the roof though will also have some assets in place to create detail such as vents, light fixtures, wiring etc
Alpha texture of blood and writing made onto a single plane that can be used as decals in level, also a photoshopped smoke effect on the vent shafts to show what it would look like if i were to put particle effect in UDK.

Rough textures for modular assets
simple rusted metallic white panel texture for the walls for the facility, keeping it simple and not going into much detail due because deadlines are looming and dont have time to really be messing around with perfecting this kinda of stuff until maybe the end when we may have time spare, so this level of detail will do for now, it looks acceptable to show the texture scheme.
