a very rough 10-15min value and color painting of one of the patients ward corridors, the very quick and rough nature is a technique i recently started to help see if the idea and design has the correct feel and style, if so i will take the painting using it as a base and produce a more detailed line drawing which then i will further render.
the painting shows roughly a row of wooden doors on the left in which one of them is broken and a few missing, the windows on the right smashed with no glass left leaving the moonlight shining through. the hole down the whole middle is an exposed under section of aquaduct which is in ruins, bricks and cement crumbling all round the edges. the roof is aligned with empty rusty florescent light fixtures.
